So I am in computer class so you get no pictures!
BUT!
Right now I REALLY WANT A STRAIGHTENER!
And Kate reading over my shoulder just said `For the love of God, Allison! Get over it! Just get over it Allison! Ohmygod that guy has nice hair. Asians have nice hair. I want to touch their hair.`
...But srsly. I want a straightner. It goes beyond want. It`s need! I cannot wear my hair in a ponytail/pigtails for one more daaaayyy!
But yes. Here it comes. A list of things I wish I would have packed with me in Japan.
And yes, Mom, you can say `I told you so.`
I want:
A straightener.
AMERICAN SHAMPOO! (my host families shampoo doesn`t lather! It`s just like...soap! Even though there are only 13 days left I think I am going to buy shampoo today!)
Conditioner.
Ear/Piercing cleaning solution.
Loud music. (Okay...so that`s not an actual item but...)
A wall iPod charger.
Nail clippers.
Hairspray!
And Kate wants a matress. She sleeps on the floor/a futon everynight.
Things I am thankful I brought with me:
A large container of shaving cream.
Hairbands. (Not that I would need them if I had a straightener!!)
More than one book.
A journal. Big time!
A jacket. In fact - two jackets!
A nail file!
Things I have brought with me but haven`t really used:
I...probably brought too much eyemakeup. But only a little!
I have one dress that I haven`t worn yet. The weather just hasn`t been nice enough!
I didn`t need as much gym clothes.
And I was confused about the whole shoe situation so I ended up with a pair of shoes I haven`t worn...
...But coming to Japan!? For the summer!? Probably not. But I definitely would do a better job of packing a second time around! :P
I am sure this post has had you on the edge of your seat in excitement.

And this morning my hair seriously like...cracked. I caved and bought conditioner.
Don't feel bad about the summer. I think it has rained EVERY DAY but four in the month of July. And I mean depresso grey skies, moist moist moist air....I sit here and read books about the beach. Seriously. Or I would need serious meds.

Haha - I have bought both bunny and panda hairbands and strawberry clips! I need them to tame my hair!

But maybe it is a good thing hair hasn`t been getting straightened. Because yesterday I caved and bought conditioner because when I woke up in the morning my hair seriously cracked. Yeah. That bad.
So I used like...half the bottle of conditioner last night!
